Experience gained working with Actors in creating TV Series, Commercials, directing Music Videos and collaborating with Casting Agencies inspired Aidas to create contemporary and independent Actoring Academy dedicated to bringing new actors into the big world of Filming.

BA in Multimedia Arts, Diploma in Advertising and other certificates (including Theatre Acting Course in Masquerade Theatre Malta) helped him to master the patterns of effective visual expression, constantly expanding his limits and exploring alternative visual and verbal communication forms. Theory and personal insights were successfully applied creating videos for big brands for many years by wearing various hats in video production activities.
